Watch before we talk

The whole thing, before we ever talk

This is what Bishop Systems builds and how it runs once it is built. Watch it or read it before the call, and we can spend the call on your business instead of on an explanation.

Nothing to fill in. No email gate. It is the same walkthrough either way.

What we actually do

Four things, in this order

It is the same four steps for a roofer, a body shop or a med spa. The build changes, the sequence does not.

  1. We talk

Fifteen minutes, and a straight answer

You tell me what is actually broken. Not enough calls, calls that never get returned, a website nobody finds, money going into ads with nothing coming back. I tell you whether I can fix it and what it would take. If the answer is that you do not need me yet, that is the answer you get.

    • No deck, no discovery sequence
    • You leave knowing the number and the timeline
    • Nothing is signed on that call
  2. We build

Website live in 48 hours, the machine behind it over the next weeks

The site goes up first because it is what everything else points at. Real pages for the services you actually sell, the full search baseline built in, schema and llms.txt so AI engines can quote you. Then the CRM, the phone number, the A2P registration, the automations and the ad accounts get wired in behind it.

    • Custom build, not a template with your logo dropped on it
    • Your own GoHighLevel account, in your name
    • A2P 10DLC registered so the texts actually deliver
  3. It runs

The part that works while you are on a roof

A missed call gets texted back in seconds. A form fill gets a reply before the lead opens a second tab. Every finished job triggers a review request. None of that needs you to remember it, and none of it stops when you get busy, which is exactly when a manual follow-up system stops.

    • Missed call text back, unanswered call to SMS in seconds
    • Speed to lead on every form and every ad lead
    • Review requests fire off the job, not off a reminder
  4. We report

One call a month with numbers you can check

What was spent, how many leads came in, what each one cost, how many turned into booked work, and what we are changing next month because of it. If a channel is not paying, I say so and we move the money. The numbers come out of the ad platforms and the CRM, not out of a slide.

    • Spend, leads, cost per lead, booked jobs
    • Month over month, so a bad month is visible
    • One change made every month, named in advance

End to end

What a live campaign actually looks like

This is the loop, start to finish. Every piece of it is something you can log in and look at yourself, because all of it is built in accounts that belong to you.

One offer, one audience, one page

Step 01 · The ad runs

One offer, one audience, one landing page. Facebook and Google run together because they catch different people: Google catches the person already searching for the fix, Facebook catches the person who has been putting it off. The creative is cut from photos of your own work, not stock, because a real job site outperforms a stock photo every time we have tested it.

Budget is yours and paid straight to the platform. We never mark up ad spend.

Straight into the pipeline, tagged

Step 02 · The lead lands in the CRM

The form and the tracking number both post straight into your CRM. A contact record gets created, tagged with which ad and which campaign it came from, and dropped into the pipeline at New Lead. Nothing sits in a Facebook inbox waiting to be noticed, and nothing gets written on the back of an estimate.

Every lead carries its source, so at the end of the month the attribution is real.

Rings out, texts back, seconds later

Step 03 · The missed call gets texted back

A call comes in on the tracked number, nobody picks up because you are on a roof, and the call ends. Within seconds that caller gets a text from your business number saying you just missed them and asking what they need. That one automation is usually the single biggest recovery on the whole system, because most people call two or three businesses and hire whoever answers first.

Runs on a registered A2P number, which is why the message lands instead of filtering.

A day after the job is marked done

Step 04 · The review request goes out

The job gets marked complete in the pipeline. A day later the customer gets a text and an email with a direct link to your Google profile. No clipboard, no asking in person, no forgetting. Review count is what decides whether you show up in the map pack, so this is the automation that compounds.

Sent on a delay on purpose. The same day is too soon and a week later is too late.

This month against last month

Step 05 · The month gets counted

At the end of the month you get the real numbers side by side: spend, leads, cost per lead, booked jobs, new reviews, and where the traffic came from. Then one call to go through it and decide what changes. Usually it is a budget shifted between platforms or an offer rewritten, and the reason is in the numbers rather than in a hunch.

Same report shape every month, so the trend line is readable.

What it costs

Three plans, flat rate, cancel any time

Every plan starts with a one-time $1,997 build fee and then a flat monthly rate. Ad spend is separate and paid straight to the platform.

Foundation

$497/mo

The system that stops you losing the customers you already get.

Growth

$1,297/mo

Everything in Foundation, plus paid traffic pointed at it.

Studio

$1,500/mo

Everything in Growth, plus we show up with a camera.

Local, in person. Full production from $3,000

The full line item list for each plan is on the pricing section of the homepage. Apps and custom software are quoted separately.

Before the call

Four things people ask first

What happens on the call?

Fifteen minutes. You describe what is not working, I ask about your numbers, and I tell you which of the plans fits or whether none of them do. Nothing is signed on the call and there is no second call to get a price. If it is a fit, the build starts that week.

Do I own any of this?

Yes, all of it. The domain, the website, the CRM account, the phone number, the ad accounts and the customer list are in your name. If you leave, you keep the accounts and the data. That is deliberate, because the alternative is a system that only holds you because leaving is expensive.

How long before anything happens?

The website is live within 48 hours of kickoff. Missed call text back and review requests are usually running the same week. Ads take longer to be worth judging, generally two to four weeks, because a campaign needs enough data before any change to it means anything.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Month to month, cancel any time. The build fee is one time and it is paid whether you stay or not, because the build is real work that gets delivered up front.

That is the whole thing. Now tell me about yours.

You have already had the explanation, so the call can be fifteen minutes about your business instead of forty about mine.
