Terms of Service

Last updated September 11, 2026

The rules for using this site and buying from us. Plain language where possible, and specific about money, cancellation and what we do not promise.

01Agreement

These Terms govern your use of bishopautomation.com and any products or services you buy from Bishop Systems. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. Where you also sign a separate service agreement or proposal, that document controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

02What we provide

Marketing, website design and development, application and custom software development, advertising management, AI and GoHighLevel automation, content production, and education products. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are set out in the individual proposal or service agreement for each client.

03Messaging and calls

By giving us your phone number you agree to receive calls and text messages from us about your enquiry, appointments, services and offers. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Message and data rates may apply. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

04Monthly plans, build fees and cancellation

Monthly plans are billed at the start of each cycle and run month to month with no minimum term. The one-time build fee is due before work starts and is non-refundable once the build has begun, because it pays for work already performed.

To cancel, give written notice before your next billing date. Monthly fees already charged for the current cycle are not refunded, and service continues to the end of that cycle.

Advertising spend is separate, paid by you directly to Google or Meta, and never marked up by us. We are not responsible for platform charges, account suspensions or policy decisions made by those platforms.

Rates quoted are held for the client who signs at that rate. A later price increase does not apply retroactively.

05The AI Money Course

The course is a separate product from our monthly plans and neither requires the other.

It is $500, one time, for a 30 day cohort limited to five people.

Refund: you may request a full refund at any time within those 30 days, for any reason, by texting or emailing us. This is deliberate and it overrides the general no-refund position above. You keep any materials already provided.

Results disclaimer. We make no promise, guarantee or projection of income, earnings or business results from the course or from any of our services. What you get out of it depends on your market, your offer and the work you do. Any example we show is what happened for that business, not a representation of what will happen for you.

06Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information and the access we need to do the work
  • Hold the rights to any content, logo or material you give us to publish
  • Use the site lawfully, and do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it
  • Do not copy or redistribute our content, course materials or automation templates without written permission

07Ownership

Our site, brand, course materials and automation templates remain our property. Work we build specifically for you under a service agreement becomes yours on full payment, and accounts we set up in your name stay in your name.

Course materials, including videos, scripts and automation snapshots, are licensed to you personally for your own business. They may not be resold, redistributed or shared with non-purchasers.

08Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

09Third party platforms

Our work often runs on platforms we do not control, including Google, Meta, GoHighLevel, Stripe and Cloudflare. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account actions or data practices.

10Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas, and both parties consent to that venue.

11Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, email [email protected] and we will fix it and give you the information another way in the meantime.

12Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the last change. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
