Google and Meta ads

Ads measured in booked jobs, not impressions

An agency that reports reach is reporting the thing that costs you nothing. We report cost per lead and how many of those leads turned into work, and we restructure the campaign when that number goes the wrong way.

Tracking first

No spend leaves until the landing page is live and the conversion events are verified firing. Spending into an untracked page is how an agency bills for months with nothing to show.

Scope

What you get

The actual deliverable list. If something is not on it, ask, and we will tell you yes or no on the call rather than after the invoice.

Google Ads

Search campaigns against the phrases people type when they are ready to buy, with the negative keyword list that stops you paying for job seekers and tyre kickers.

Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram, creative included. Image and video ads built from your own work, not stock. Audiences built from your service area and your past customers.

A landing page built separately

Ad traffic goes to a page built for one action, not to your homepage. This single change usually moves cost per lead more than any bid adjustment.

Tracking that actually fires

Conversion tracking, the Meta pixel and the Google tag verified firing before spend starts. A pixel that was installed but never tested is the most common reason a campaign cannot be optimised.

Lead capture into a CRM

Every form fill and every call lands in a pipeline with the source attached, so you can see which campaign produced the job and not just the click.

A monthly results call

Real numbers, spend, leads, cost per lead, and what we are changing next month. Fifteen minutes on the phone, not a PDF you will not open.

Mechanism

How it works

Short, in order, and you always know which step you are on.

  1. Step 1

    We audit what is running

If you have an account already we look at it first. Often the budget is fine and the structure is the problem.

  2. Step 2

Landing page and tracking go up first

No spend goes out until the page is live and the conversion events are verified firing. Spending into an untracked page is how agencies bill for months with nothing to show.

  3. Step 3

    Launch small, read the data

The first two weeks buy information. Search terms, audiences and creative get cut or scaled based on what actually produced a lead.

  4. Step 4

    Scale what converts

Budget moves toward the campaign with the lowest cost per booked job. That is the only direction the money goes.

  5. Step 5

    Report and repeat

Monthly call, monthly changes. Ads are not a set and forget product and anyone selling them that way is charging you rent.

Questions

The things people actually ask

Answered the way we would answer them on the phone.

How much should I spend on ads?

Enough for the platform to learn, which in most home service markets means a real daily budget rather than a token one. We tell you the floor for your market on the first call and we would rather you wait a month than start underfunded.

Do you take a cut of ad spend?

No. Spend is paid by you directly to Google and Meta on your own card. You can log in and see every dollar. The monthly rate is for managing it.

How fast do leads start?

Meta usually produces leads in the first week. Google search is faster to intent but slower to stabilise, normally two to three weeks before cost per lead settles.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. We work inside your Google Ads and Meta Business accounts. If we part ways you keep the account, the history and the audiences, which is the asset that took the longest to build.

What if the leads are bad?

Then the targeting or the landing page is wrong and we fix it. Bad leads are a signal, not an excuse. We look at the search terms and the form questions first.

Can you run ads without rebuilding my site?

Yes. The ads landing page is built separately from your site anyway, so we can run traffic to it while your existing site stays as it is.

Do I sign a long contract?

No. Month to month. The work has to be worth renewing every month.

Next step

Fifteen minutes on the phone and you will know

Tell us what is broken and we will tell you what it takes to fix it, including when the answer is that you do not need us yet. No deck, no proposal cycle.
