Apps and custom software

When nothing off the shelf fits, we build the thing itself

This is the part most agencies quietly outsource. We design the screens, write the code, connect the systems that do not talk to each other, and hold the keys safely. If your business runs on a spreadsheet, a group chat and three tools that do not know about each other, this is the page you are on.

Design and build
The interface itself, not a template wrapper
Real integrations
APIs, keys, webhooks, both directions
Full CRM buildout
Pipelines, workflows, A2P, calendars, forms

How the build is priced

Fixed

One number, written down after the scoping call. We do not bill hourly and we do not open with a range.

First deliverable
Clickable screens, before any code
Secrets
Server side, never in the browser or the repo
The code
Yours, handed over, and portable
After launch
Hosted, monitored and maintained

Scope

What you get

The actual deliverable list. If something is not on it, ask, and we will tell you yes or no on the call rather than after the invoice.

01

The interface

We design and build the screens your staff and your customers actually touch. Not a theme with your logo dropped on it. Layout, states, empty states, errors, permissions and the mobile version.

02

The plumbing

The part you cannot see and the part that breaks. API connections, credentials stored properly, webhooks in both directions so systems update each other in real time rather than on a nightly export.

03

The automations on top

Once the data is in one place, the workflows become possible. Dispatch on a trigger, notify on a status change, bill on completion, escalate when something sits too long.

04

The CRM underneath it

Full buildout, not a login handed to you. Pipelines that match how you actually sell, workflows that fire, calendars that book, forms that map to the right fields.

Technical scope

Said plainly, so you can check whether your problem is on the list

Every line here is work we do ourselves. Nothing on this page is subcontracted to a third agency.

01

The interface

  • We design and build the UI, screen by screen, for desktop and phone
  • Customer portals: login, account, documents, history, payments
  • Member areas and subscription gates
  • Booking and scheduling screens tied to a real calendar
  • Dispatch boards and field tools your crew uses on a phone
  • Admin views with roles, so staff see only what they should
  • Dashboards that report the numbers you run the business on
02

APIs, keys and webhooks

  • We connect third-party APIs and manage the keys and secrets properly, never pasted into the front end
  • We build webhooks that send, and endpoints that receive, so two systems stay in sync in real time
  • Payment processing wired end to end, including what happens when a charge fails
  • Two systems that do not talk to each other, made to talk to each other
  • Data imports and migrations off spreadsheets and dead tools
  • Retries and logging, because integrations fail and silent failure is the expensive kind
03

CRM buildout, including GoHighLevel

  • Full GoHighLevel buildout from an empty account
  • Pipelines and stages that match how you actually sell
  • Workflows built, tested and published, not left as drafts
  • A2P 10DLC registration filed, with the privacy policy and terms it requires
  • Calendars, booking links and round-robin routing for a team
  • Forms and surveys mapped field by field into the contact record
  • Snapshots so a second location launches in a day, not a month
04

Automation on top

  • Triggered dispatch, reminders, escalations and status notifications
  • Invoice and subscription automation tied to the work actually done
  • Internal alerts so nothing waits on someone remembering
  • Scheduled jobs and reconciliation, so a missed webhook does not become a missing order

Mechanism

How it works

Short, in order, and you always know which step you are on.

  1. Step 1

    Scoping call

What the system has to do, who touches it, and what it has to connect to. We come out of this with a written scope and a fixed price, not a range.

  2. Step 2

    Screens before code

You see the actual interface and click through it before anything is built behind it. Changing a screen at this stage costs an hour. Changing it later costs a week.

  3. Step 3

    Build in slices

One working piece at a time, on a real URL you can open. You are never waiting three months to see something.

  4. Step 4

Integrate and test with real data

Keys, webhooks, payments and the CRM, tested against real records. Every failure path gets a test, because that is where systems actually break.

  5. Step 5

    Launch, then maintain

We host it, monitor it and keep it running. Software is not finished on launch day, it is finished when you stop using it.

What it costs

One build fee, then a flat monthly rate

Custom software is quoted per project after the scoping call, because a booking form and a dispatch platform are not the same job. Hosting and maintenance after launch run on the entry plan rate.

Foundation

$497/mo

The system that stops you losing the customers you already get.

  • Website live in 48 hours
  • GoHighLevel setup with A2P registration
  • Missed call text back
  • Automatic Google review requests
  • Google Business Profile management

$1,997

One-time build fee, paid once at the start, on every plan. After that the monthly rate is flat and month to month. No setup charge hiding behind it and no annual lock.

The build is quoted as one fixed number after scoping. We do not bill hourly and we do not open with a range.

Questions

The things people actually ask

Answered the way we would answer them on the phone.

Do you actually build the interface, or just connect tools?

Both. We design and build the screens themselves, then wire the APIs, keys and webhooks behind them. The design and the plumbing are the same job and splitting them across two vendors is how projects stall.

Can you connect the software I already use?

If it has an API or webhooks, yes. That covers most modern tools, including payment processors, calendars, accounting and field service platforms. If it has neither we will say so on the scoping call rather than promise it.

What exactly is included in a GoHighLevel buildout?

An empty account taken to a working system: pipelines and stages, workflows built and published, A2P registration filed, calendars and booking links, forms mapped field by field, and the automations that run on top. Published matters. A workflow left in draft does nothing and it is the most common thing we find in an account someone else set up.

Who owns the code?

You do. It is handed over, and you can move it or hire someone else to work on it. We do not build a system you cannot leave.

How are API keys and secrets handled?

Server side, never in the browser and never in the repository. If a key is ever exposed we rotate it and tell you. Keys sitting in front-end code is the most common security problem we find in inherited projects.

How long does a custom build take?

A portal or a booking system is weeks. A full operating platform with dispatch, billing and a customer app is months. You get a date at scoping and you see working slices the whole way through.

What happens after launch?

We host it, monitor it, and fix what breaks. Changes and new features are quoted as they come up. You are not left with a system nobody maintains.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Often yes. We audit what exists first and tell you honestly whether it is worth continuing or cheaper to rebuild. Both answers happen.

Next step

Fifteen minutes on the phone and you will know

Tell us what is broken and we will tell you what it takes to fix it, including when the answer is that you do not need us yet. No deck, no proposal cycle.
